E.g. a payment delay request on a case will depend on the state of a case, the creditors expressed wishes, and past payment history of the debtor. No account is overlooked
When an Invoice is imported into the system, it is assigned a workflow. This may include sending a reminder; debt collection warning etc. and then transferred to Case.

The Case Workflow is a generic workflow which will handle the case through its lifecycle. When Specific occurrences happen, the workflow handles the case differently. These maybe receiving a payment, withdrawal of a case by the creditor, debtor objecting to the invoice, a part payment agreement created on the system. These are communicated to the workflow by triggers. When a Case requires manual handling, a notification is made, and the Case pops up on a Follow-up List

Management users seeks information and not data. UnicornBOX has a predefined set of reports for collection handling and decision making. It also has a report designer with Business Entities and properties, which the user can drag and drop to create custom reports.

Authentication
UnicornBox supports both Windows Authentication through Active Directory, and Authentication through Database. Windows Authentication is the preferred form of Authentication in the system. This way we can also easily configure the Roles of Users, and provide relevant Authorization.

Authorization
Authorization is UnicornBox follows the Application structure. It is possible to provide authorization on Module, Feature, Operation, Field basis. It can be on the user, as inherited form the User Group. But authorization can be also overridden on the User.

UnicornBox maintains a comprehensive logging to keep history of operations and data used for processing. Through the logged information and continuous checking scenarios, the system monitors the business process and trouble shoots and auto corrects where possible, or notifies exceptions.
