Payment Terminal solution

CrediCare AS

This solution integrates payment machines at Customers Client site. The customer (debtor) is able to pay the bill of the doctor using Bank Cards – integrated with Nets. He also has the option to print a voucher with barcode, bank account number and KID, in order to pay the bill at a later. All client side terminals are controlled through a console, which enables restart, upgrades and bank reconciliation.

The best feature of a collection system, it the ability for Creditors and Debtors to interact with each other without using Casehandler time. Portal Integrations are the solution to this. Built towards existing systems, portals are designed in such a manner that the Debtor asks a question (e.g. requests a invoice copy), which is reflected to the Creditor through the system, the Creditor replies and the case proceeds. No case handler was needed.

Portal allows Creditor to work with Cases at his convenience, having all required details available through the portal, instantly. Debtor Portal enables the Debtor to assess the details of his debt and communicate with the Agency through case notes, or requesting a particular course of action (e.g part payment solution).
